Magneton battle tower moveset

    I'm thinking of using Magneton in the RS battletower. The one I propose to use is
    bashful
    IVs: HP good, A bad, D average, SA excellent, sd very good, sp excellent
    I already used the Toxic TM so no Toxic on it..
    Can someone give me a moveset please. mostly to take out water, flying and steel types.
    My other battle tower members are
    Skarmory@ leftovers
    Spikes
    Toxic
    Steel Wing
    Fly [the game is too dumb to switch while he's in the sky like a human would...]

    Swampert@Shell Bell
    Surf
    Earthquake
    Ice Beam
    Roar
     
    Magneton is pretty much destined to have...

    Magneton- modest @ quick claw
    EV: Def and SpAtt
    -thunderwave
    -thunderbolt
    -HP Water
    -metal sound

    Use reflect instead of HP Water since this is gameboy version where HP Water is too hard to get.

    For Skarmory, it is an excellent moveset but switch steel wing with rest for extra endurability. Use Sturdy, with EVs in HP, def or Sp.def (your choice how you want to balance these 3 categories). It is recommanded to use a sp.def +/atk - personality, but you can use def+ instead of sp.def+ if you want to...

    Swampert (FRLG)- atk+/spd- @ leftovers
    EV: Atk and HP
    -earthquake
    -sub/rest
    -focus punch/brick break
    -return (HP Ghost if you want something to hit gengar)

    Use sub/focus punch combo as swampert is quite good at using it with the purposely lowered speed (so gurantee the sub will survive one turn enough for focus punch). The above average def and high hp helps a lot with sub too. However if FRLG is not possible, go with rest and brick break (Rest can be bred onto Swampert even if you used the TM on Skarmory)
