Majestic Dawn Espeon question

Its pokebody description says says "each of your pokemon that evolves from eevee gets +20 HP. You cant use more than one sunlight vieil poke-body each turn".
I have two questions

1. Does that mean you actually heal 2 damage counters each time its used or does it raise the max HP of that card like the old Sabrina's gastly?
2. If it does raise the max HP, does that mean it can be stacked each round?

There seems to be a few ways to interpret the card so if anyone knows for sure, let me know. Thanks!

Hi there,

Sunlight Veil basically props up your Eeveelutions' HP for as long as it's activated, and it can't be stacked. As such, as long as Sunlight Veil was active (i.e. there was nothing stopping it from working), some would have 100HP, some would have 110HP, and the LV.Xs would have 120HP (Glaceon) and 130HP (Leafeon).
