5th Gen Major Double battle Glitch

I just want to say, my copy of pokemon black is legit, not a rom and I do not use any cheats.

I was battling on route nine, with a victini and a zebstrika against a pawnaird and a garbodor, I had 4 other pokemon

I can't remember what exactly happened, but I had Victini and Zebstrika use flame charge, Pawnaird died. Victini then used flame charge and zebstrika used discharge. Discharge killed victini and paralyzed Garbodor. Garbodor used a move (Can't remember what! >.<) and Zebstrika died. Garbodor then used black sludge. It didn't ask me If I wanted to run or keep battling.

The top screen shows the battle, and it says "The wild garbodor restored a little hp by using it's black sludge"

The bottom screen shows my pokemon and says "Switch out which pokemon"
I'll choose one pokemon, and then it'll take me back to that screen to a second pokemon. When I choose a second pokemon, it'll say "*insert pokemon here* can't be switched out!


I have gained so many levels and I haven't saved in a while. I don't want to turn my game off, but I think I'll might have too.

This is pretty major.

It's okay, many people get confused by that :)

Basically, select the Pokemon you're switching out (which fainted), then select the one you're switching in, then for the other slot repeat the same action and it should fix it. The glitch is pretty annoying but will hopefully be fixed in future games.
