[Scripting Question] make my starter shiny and perfect ivs

    i wish to make my starter shiny and have perfect iv i have been serching for the last couple of hours but cant find the answer i have tried using the pichu event in the default maps to do this but i just get an error and it wont work for me. what do i need to add to pbAddPokemon(:PIKACHU, 6) im using pokemon essentials ver 21.1
