Similar to how you can collapse forums which you don't read - it's great that PC Daily is getting some extra on-forum promotion, but for people who don't read PC Daily / aren't interested in Pokémon news it's a bit of an eyesore to scroll past every time you load the forum. Especially since it's only going to be updated once every several days, I don't think it's something that the entire forum should be obliged to see - particularly not in a position above the entirity of the forums themselves.
Maybe it'd also be worth making smaller the icons next to the article names and changing the layout a bit so that it fits in with the Bulletin Board, since right now it looks kinda ugly with one side being bigger than the other (pretend there's a smaller icon there in this example):
