Description: Celebi goes back or forward in time to reverse the effect of an attack( give the effect of the attack to the opponent itself) or to prevent an attack.

Human Shape (Used only by Latias and Latios)

Description: Latias or Latios take the shape of a human to prevent attacks for 3 turns.Transforms in to human for 3 turns.This attack can be ended before 3 turns only if the opponent uses Fighting type moves.

Icecicle Blast

Description: Fires Ice in the form of Icecicles(triangles).Instant freezing of the opponent.

Dark Barrier
