[Other] Making a form dex in Fire red

I'm pretty new to rom hacking, but I was wondering, could you make a some sort of a form dex. I would want to make a some kind of a way to see what forms you have collected and see what you might be missing, kinda like in pokemon go. A seperate form dex would be better, but technically just making a seperate dex slot for each form would work if it's possible.
