    I'm making a video with the sprites from the game. It will most likely be sequential, meaning it's not a smooth animation, but more like a comic being shown block after block. Problem is, I have no idea what to do it on. Make an adventure, a game guide, IDK. What do you think? When it is finished, it will be made available for viewing, and all contributors will be in the credits.
     
    An adventure would be pretty cool.
     
    I agree. When I made my sprite comic, I had the same problem, but having an idea for a plot really helps. I decided I would use Ash and Pikachu, because there are a lot of good reference pictures for them. But you might want to try some of the less-used characters instead.

    Here are a few ideas that came to my mind:
    Pokemon outtakes - show some bloopers that might happen during pokemon battles (the possibilities for this one are limitless!)
    Pokemon Romance Theme - try to come up with a story for a romance between two pokemon, a trainer and a pokemon, a pokemon and a pokeball, etc. Lol
    Pokemon Crocodile Hunter - show how the infamous Steve Irwin might hunt down the elusive Croconaw, or something like that, lol

    These are a few of the zany things that popped into my head. If you think I can come up with more, you're free to ask for more, but I warn you; only more zaniness will ensue if you do...
     
    ^_^ wow, thanks guys! shuko, the first was great but my site's comic is covering this already. (don't throw a Pok?ball if you have bad aim!)

    I think I'll do what I'm doing in my story series, an adventure with romance in it, which I think is the best kind ^_^

    If anyone wants to give suggestions for characters, i'll start thinking up a plot.

    it's a video, but everything is sprites. It's sort of like a comic, but it's a video. *confuses self* um, it's like animation, only not so many panels that it's a smooth movement, but it is definately a video. Kind of like a comic in motion, but with sound. *even more confused*

    ... which sounds almost exactly like what my sprite comic flash movie was. :) Yeah, I think this one goes in HotS too. But it's your call, Mr. Cat Dog. As the Mod, you reign supreme on that decision. ^_~

    Don't worry... I've seen lots of animated sprite comics, and this sort of fits that description. Obviously, if the HotS mods don't deem it to be one, they can move it back here and such ^_^

    Tx! That character gives me a lot to play around with. Now I'll post mine as an example of a personality-controlled character.

    Name: Mary T
    Age: 15
    Pok?mon: Metagross, Blaziken, Blissey, Crobat, Vaporeon, Lugia (not always with her)
    Status: Trainer
    Personality: Outgoing at times and self-secluded at others, Mary T is a deep person who makes decisions on both her feelings and the circumstances. She gets easily ticked off by annoying noises and often, at night, sits quietly by herself, thinking of a million things at once, as a philosopher. However, she still finds time for fun and friends.
    Favorite Activity: Spending time with Pok?mon
    Other likes: Adventure, romantic poetry, chocolate checker ice cream, blue
    Dislikes: Overdramatic people, frizzy hair, clicking or popping noises
    History: Ever since she was young, Mary T admired the trainers of legends - how they had always overcome all obstacles and proven themselves. As soon as she was old enough, she received her first Pok?mon, a Torchic, and set out to become a legend herself. But she never forgot how she was treated by her peers... Now, five years of hard work later, she is nearing the top she has long aspired for. With powerful, loyal, loving Pok?mon, she plans to win it all, and show everyone what she can do.

    Physical Description: Mary T is petite, coming only to 5' with long, flowing brown hair nearly to her waist. Her eyes are also brown and very deep, but when she uses her powers, they shine azure. She wears small, cerulean-framed glasses that go with her blue clothing choices. Mary-T also wears a Silver Feather around her neck.

    With a character as specific as this, I would contact at important points in the story so you could tell me what your character would decide to do. I have begun to develop the storyline, so submit soon!

    Personality: Hazard?s a great lad and he like having fun with Eevee and people. He loves Eevee so much and always feels sad about his parents sometime. Hazard is good making a cup of teas for his grandparent but when Hazard goes out for his journey with Eevee, his grandparent?s pokemon, Mr. Mime will help their company.
    Favorite Activity: Playing and taking very care with Eevee
    Other likes: Adventure, romantic lad, Purple
    Dislikes: Run away from aggravate(?) pokemon,
    History: Since his parent past away, Hazard live with his grandparents, Shero and Jacko, with his own pokemon Eevee which is a pokemon gift from his parents. Hazard?s Eevee have trained so hard and caring with his master. He even didn't like pokeball at all so Eevee like to walk or sat on Hazard's shoulder on the journey.
    Special Ability? If so, what?: Eevee?s Run Away
    Physical Description: Purple long spiky hair, purple jacket and black baggy pant with Purple boots. Which looks like this:

    I have edit my post now for grammer check which you have told me. So how is it now? It's my first tried to write this of my own Pokemon Trainer though.
