    hey i decided i want to raise a pikachu from a level 5 pichu so i caught two pikachus and got them to breed...however people i speak to in the game say my pichu could not possibly be any happier with me...but when i go up a level it still doesnt evolve
    i dont want to go any higher than its current level of 11 without evolving because i want my pikachu to learn moves. anyways what do i do now to make it happier...i dont have enough money to buy and proteins and stuff..and i read about grooming pokemon but dont know where to do that...please help!!! :)
     
    It Is Only IN GCS In Pallet Town At 3:00 - 4:00 And On Ruby You Can Give Them Pokeblocks Let Them Battle Dont Let Them Die Never Put Them In The Pc etc. So You Understand Right :D
     
    yes but i cant let pichu battle too much because i dont want it skipping moves it could learn as a pikachu
     
    Well Just Keep Him And Your Party And Dont Battle But Let Him Battle When You Think He Likes You Ok
     
    lol how do i know if he likes me...the one woman already said pichu cant possible love me any more. and i dont have enough money for proteins and stuff
