[Other] Making HMs forgettable in emerald?

    I'm new to hacking so I'm not sure where I'd be able to find this information, hoping someone here can help me out!

    I found another thread showing how to forget HMs, but that solution didn't work for me.
    Any idea how to allow forgetting HMs using a hex editor?
