Miss Fortune pretty much summed it up.
However, you can't just look at some tutorials and start to get the hang of it. You need to learn the language you want to use. There's HTML, CSS, Java, Etc. Figure out what language you want to use (I'd say look up the easiest) and then read up on it. Then you can start looking at tutorials. I never had the patience, and trust me, there are going to be a lot of set backs, but if you are actually determined, I think you can do it!Miss Fortune and Puddle have given you great explanations.
