I'm trying to create a rival character in Essentials. Similar to RSE, it will be the alternate gender I didn't pick in the intro. Since i'm new at this, I need a bit of help. How can I code my rival to be the opposite gender?

$PokemonGlobal.playerID is the player that you chose in the game's intro. By default, a value of 0 means the male character (which in default Essentials looks like Red), and a value of 1 means the female character (which in default Essentials looks like Leaf).

What you need to do is make is so that if $PokemonGlobal.playerID is 0, you make the rival use the female player sprite, and if it's 1, you make the rival use the male player sprite.

You can set it up something like this useing [S-HIGHLIGHT]$Trainer.gender==1[/S-HIGHLIGHT] in a Condintanal Branch.
