Um, where are you looking and what arc are you talking about? Cause as far as I know, the manga is still being updated. If you're talking about this site, then I'm pretty sure whoever was posting chapters has left PC.

Could you mean, by any chance, the manga "Electric Tale of Pikachu"?^^ It only has 3 chapters in the site I know and is based a little on the anime which would explain why you posted it in the anime section!^^ Dunno maybe the series got scrapped or something or maybe the only scanlator didn't have enough motivation to do this till the end!^^
