    would this be good for a marowak?;
marowak @persim berry {adamant} (lightning rod)
    EQ
    sub
    Focus punch
    Swords dance

the stratergy would be to send out marowak with my charizard, get charizard to use swagger on MW then the persim would heal it. the low speed of the MW would allow sub punch to work well too.

    or
    marowak @lefties {impish} (rockhead)
    EQ
    Double edge
    HP bug
    seismic toss

    which one should i use?
the adamant one has brilliant Att and Def IVs (and soon Evs) where as the impish one is a little on the dodgy side when it comes to IVs.

oh and there lv55 (admt) and lv48 (imph)
    thanks in advance!

    Neither, those are both rendered pointless because one held item trumps all when Marowak is concerned; Thick Club. That's a doubled Attack stat. Why on earth would you want anything else with that? Moveset should be something like;

    Marowak @Thick Club
    Nature: Adamant (+Attack, -Sp.Attack)
    Trait: Lightningrod
    Earthquake/Bonemerang
    Rock Slide
    Hidden Power [Bug]/Bonemerang
    Focus Punch/Swords Dance

Double-Edge is really quite pointless due to the lack of STAB and type advantages. Earthquake can be used for heavy bashing, although Bonemerang is also an option as it, while being slightly less reliable, does strike twice, meaning that you can break through subs. Rock Slide is there to take care of flying types and Hidden Power [Bug] to KO Celebi on the switch-in with Focus Punch for OHKOing Blissey on the switch-in and Swords Dance to boost in preparation for possible physical wall switch-ins (Only to be used when your opponent switches out), and Seismic Toss is completely pointless since it bluntly ignores the Attack stat, which is basically the only reason people use Marowak in the first place.

Double-Edge is not pointless, because Marowak gets Rock Head, and hits hard on things that try to resist all of its other moves, like Claydol (yes, i see HP Bug) or Flygon.

Oh, and there's the famed JaskWak, the tehnique to pass the speed boost and agillity from Ninjask to Marowak.

    Marowak @ Thick Club
    Rock Head
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP

    Belly Drum/Swords Dance
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide/HP Rock
    Double Edge/Substitute

But still, Jaskwak is rather lame nowadays, because a phazer can just switch in and ruin all the fun, but meh, it works if you really try it. And ingame...there are no phazers.

Lighting Rod is even useless in DB in my opinion. :\

    with:
    ~esq
    ~rs
    ~HP: bug
    ~focus punch

predicting right is alot better than using double-edge
