Good idea.....but then again, the writers probably aren't planning on putting him into the story again....
 
I alwyas thought he picked Blue because of the giant age year difference..

He chose few kids that he doesn't know and a prodigy known as Silver.

Anyway, what form of him do you like the best? I like it when he gets SUPER pissed at Gold and Crys and his mask grows horns or.....something. That was pretty cool, a lot more intimidating than his regular form. Which do you like?

They won't probaly make Mask of Ice re-appear in other Saga anymore. Because, Pryce died in the Time and Space... You all didn't read the GSC Volume 15? When Silver put his hand into the little wood house of Space and TIme, Silver's hand is gonna break or destroy inside the Space and Time and Crystal said "Becareful! You can't put your hand like that". And Gold said only the one who has Rainbow and Silver Feathers can be able to go inside. Why Pryce can go inside the Space and Time? Because when he used Lugia and Ho-Oh to attack the Pokemon League, he took Lugia's and Ho-Oh's feathers as known as Silver and Rainbow Feathers. So that's why he was able to enter the Space and Time. When Gold went away from Crystal and Silver, he left the two feathers and Gold defeated Pryce, released Celebi, Pryce's Lapras went back to their parents and Pryce has lost the feathers. Oh, maybe Celebi rescued Gold so Gold can alive. Pryce won't be able to be back he's died.

it would be great having him as ally in emerald chapter...or diamond and pearl chapter

Nah~ I think he become a good guy better. But I'm not very interested of him so whatever he is, I don't really care XD
But he's the greatest enemy in GSC!
 
You know what I've noticed? In every media, Pryce is bitter up until the end. Maybe the creators are suggesting that all old men are bitter(I don't really think that, because of my grandpas)
 
I am in love with this thread. I can't think of anyone in the entire Pokemon world better than the Masked Man.

No, not all old men are bitter. Actually, I find that most older people are more wonderful and reliable than younger people. I love the Masked Man because he is so mean, but he is totally determined and strong. He stands for what he believes in and he misses his Glacier so much that he'll go through anything to get it back. It really messed him up, which means that he really cared about something and has emotions in there somewhere, but they are just totally wrecked up.

I love him.

ANYWAY. Mask of Ice. Favorite villain of all time, hands down. I loved his backstory, and I love how he was shown to not be all that bad. A hypocrite who nearly destroyed Silver and Blue's lives because his lapras died...but at the same time, it's just something so HUMAN. He was selfish, he was cruel...but at the same time, he was a sad, lonely old man who just wanted his lapras back.

Also, for why he chose Blue...I imagine Palletspawn + her intelligence. She's always been shown as incredibly smart, so I could imagine that PLUS the fact she hit the three year age gap he wanted for all the kids.
 
Now that the HGSS chapter is starting, maybe we will see him again.

He didn't die or anything, so they might of kept him alive so that he could come back later.
 
He's the main villain in my Pokemon Game. I'm making him more evil than he was in the manga. I found the best laugh ever for him.

Hint: Shishio's death laugh in Episode 60 of Ruroni Kenshin, english dub.

I love this guy, he's so awesome. And he makes Delibird evil. I wish he would appear in the anime or the next pokemon game. But, yeah right...
 
They must continue his story in HGSS.

And they WILL. This is not the Pokemon Anime, where they want to make the fans forget about old plots. PokeSpe is usually consistent and I'm sure that the unfinished story of Mask of Ice will play a crucial role in HGSS saga.

Also, I'm wondering who's replacing Pryce in Mahogany Gym.
