Here is where you can discuss the gang healing a fallen Hippopotas whilst dealing with a TV documentary crew and the Rockets in "Mass Hip-Po-Sis."

    My review to come forthwith.

(My sleep was completely off today, so posting it early, or I'd end doing it by 4:00 PM [I'm not kidding]. Otherwise, I would do it at the regular time.)

Just saw it and it was one of the funniest fillers I've seen in Sinnoh yet lol. Let's see...how many times has Team Rocket blasted off today? 1, 2, 3, 4, hmm 4 times XD, compared to last episode they blasted off 7 times lol. The writers are putting TR in a comical sense nowadays, all those blast off's is enough to make anyone laugh. And Jessie saying Hippopatus's name wrong lol that was funny. Meowth: It's Hippopatus! You half wit! lol. Hippopatus was a cute Pokemon, I was kinda wishing that it would become one of Ash's new Pokemon, but seeing as he's getting a couple new ones in the next few episodes, I guess I can let that pass, it deserved to be with its friends, but the little guy had a BIG appreitate!

And those were some Huge apples! Now we know Hikari dreams about Contests every night lol. I can't believe Ash and Hikari just left Brock there! lol oh wait...Crogrunk brought him to safety. But wait! Did Hikari just say Crogrunk was smart? XD When Ash and Hippopatus fell in the river and Buizel went to rescue them this just made me love Buizel even more! I can't wait for the English version of the Trade episode. Buizel is so cool. And...Hikari: Ash! Slow down! Ash: No, Speed Up! *Ash falls* XD. Ash is so funny. This was a great episode, and Brock ended up carrying Ash and Dawn carrying Pikachu at the end of the episode instead of the usual 3 walking down the road to the next episode.

I loved the part when Ash and Dawn hide from team rocket but they left brock behind. How funny is that?XD

This Episode was Good, Ash Could've kep't Hippopatus's instead of leave that Pokemon, I like'd how Brock fell asleep and Ash and Dawn ditch Brock and only Groagunk draged Brock to get together again with Ash and Dawn.

The start wasn't very promising. It looked like your typical filler: some random Pokemon is in trouble, twerps come in and save the day...but once it got into it, it was very funny!

Haha, for some reason that line's hilarious
-That cameraman who hits the lady on the head all the time is so funny. Haha she got him back XD
    - ZOMG JAPANESE!? In a JAPANESE programme??? (the sign)
    - lol shirtless Ash
    - Ahhhh! Brock's eyes! My eyes!!
    - Hahahahahaha James had a boss fantasy!
    - LOL James saying Jessie's lines was hilarious!

    Quotes:

Jessie: What? You've got a schedule!?

    Dawn: Get ready for trouble
    Brock: Make it double

Heh, remembering the old motto. But how would Dawn know about it? Surely they have better things to tell Dawn about their old adventures than reciting Team Rocket's motto to her? *coughMaycough* But probably not. Team Rocket's motto is a big part of Ash's life

Jessie: You mean we're blasting off? I want a script change!
James: Jessie, be careful what you wish for
    Meowth: They'll call Cassidy...

Heh, that's dub only, right? I like how the dub keep mentioning Cassidy and Biff

The thing that made me laugh is that the twerps tried to run away from Team Rocket before they spotted them XD Like they were scared or something XD

Anyway, from what I could tell, there was an appallingly low amount of original BGM in this episode...from what I could tell without watching the raw version, anyway. There was what, 2 or 3? And a movie 1 dub BGM...

Oh my. This episode did had a slow start but Jorah is right. This episode had a lot of those laugh out loud moments. Teeheehee Still I was really thinking and now I know why everybody thought Ash would have gotten that pokemon. Hipposis would have made a great addition to Ash's team. Also it is so cute!!!! Still one question. I kinda notice this but why was all the Hipposis different colors like spindas?

    Brock's eyes!!! Teeheehee

That was great how Jessie kept on butching Hipposis's name. That was great. I mean I guess I can see that even in the anime they can say those names wrong. Teeheehee

James' pokemon info cards!!! Teeheehee I just love them. I so want a pair!!!

Teeheeheee I had to watch that moment when they brought up the old motto lots of times over again. Teeheehee That was great. Still I am sure that Dawn only said that out of her ownself and Brock just said the other part like that. Still super coolies to see the writers remember the old motto. Teeheehee

"THATS BUTCH!!!!" Sheesh, what a grouch. :cheeky:

Anyway, I enjoyed the episode. They took the standard story and tweaked just enough to make it just that much better. Jessie's mangling of Hippopatas' name was great, as was Hippopatas putting everyone to sleep. Reminded me of when Jigglypuff kept showing up at the strangest times to sing.

BTW, what happened to the reporter & crew from "Sinnoh Now"?

It was a very funny episode, but it left me with a one question, since I am a very observant person:

    1. When hippopotas was in danger, like when he was on the side of that cliff, why didn't the people who was supposingly doing a documentary on the lost Hippopotas didn't do nothing about it? Were they just filming him down there to see if he would die by himself or something?

It was very funny, especially that part where Ash and Dawn left Brock sleeping on the ground, and Crogunk had to drag him. Also I wished Ash would had kept Hippopotas.

Wow, I thought Dogasu had just stopped comparing or something

Nah, he was just busy. Besides, he got DP 44 up, so it's another episode done and dusted. I await DP 45 now. =P
