So I have been meaning to make this thread for ageeees, but due to school exams and my dreaded in internals due, I was lucky to take a break and do this..

    ABOUT
I've always had a passion for photography since I was a kid. I've had 3 cameras since I started taking photos since I was 3. The latest one being my Nikon 3100 which I got in February.

I've never taken a photography class in my life and I was planning to take it this year but I had a clash with Physics in the school timetable so I couldn't do it but I'm planning to do it next year (If it doesn't clash again).

Because I've taken so many photos from every single school event a ton of people have told me they'd vote me school photographer for senior year but I still feel I have a heck load I need to improve on so I'm hoping to update this thread as much as I can.

I don't have a style but I do I like taking pictures of food (I don't know why xD) as well as people. Now days I use MF mostly with AF occasionally (Still with sports) and I have a 18-55 lens and a 55-200.

Ooh photography thread. I'd have commented sooner if I'd have seen it. I'll be commenting on a few that stand out.

Nice lighting overall, but I feel like the back lighting kind of clashes with it and the fact that the foreground is actually blurred which is sadly where my eyes are drawn to. Maybe if you took it from a more even angle it might not have been an issue? I dunno but the blur and the back lighting does really ruin that for me :(

Looks awesome but a bit too bright imo, look near the shoulders of the first girl, the white shirt undernearth barely stands out and that whole arm just looks really white and un-natural. Overall I think it's great framing though between the two.

    Awesome.

Maybe if you moved a little to the right, you could've got both the child and the flower in, since as it is the flower kind of gets in the way of the eye of the child and I think it could look a lot better if you either changed the angle of which you approached the child or just didn't include the flower at all I think it could've looked a lot nicer.

    Looks awesome.

...hurts my eyes. Only thing I could think of for it not to hurt my eyes is if it was positioned away from the sun but it'd lose its point, idk. One thing I did notice is that it took a while to figure out that it was actually a ball shooting through the hoop and not a circle and an eclipse, so maybe if you try to take another shot like that try different angles and see if they make the image any clearer to those who view it.

Overall though you've taken some really nice shots, hopefully you keep posting more. :)
