Maximum name number characters

    Hello and sorry if this is a dumb question or it was answered on another post. It is because I searched the wiki for 2 hours and did not found anything.
    I would like to know how to change the maximum number limit of a pokémon name, instead of 10 it would be 12. I want to do this because I want to do a game in portuguese and Bulbasaur is Bulbassauro in that language, surpasing the 10 characters long limit.
