Meganium or tangrowth?

As swampert completely walls my team, I need a good physical wall. Also, I have 3 pokes who use physical attcks and 2 who use sp atks. I want to balance out my team by having 3/3. Sadly, tangrowth's movepool makes it lean to the physical side :/ Also my team has a bit of weakness to ice, and tangrowth may not survive a beam.
