    As you know, the BW2 versions connect with your BW file for some features.
    However my question is:

    If I buy Pokemon Black 2; but I play Played Pokemon White... Will it work perfectly?

    Yes it can memory link with white and doesn't upset anything, at least there is no info that says you cannot. (They don't say speficially that you have to use the same color either.)
