What rank in TR should Meowth be? I think he should be a Sergeant Major.

Meowth is not the most high ranked in Team Rocket. Even though they showed in a pokemon special episode that they kind of passed some test. I was called "Training Daze" or something. Plus if they were at a high position, i doubt that they will be cleaning or selling food to get money because they do that.
