Metagross moveset, and another decision

I have a metagross, and its attack is WAY higher than it's special attack. so...
Metagross
-EQ
-Meteor mash
-Zen headbutt (It is psychic right now)
-Agility (???)

I don't now what to have instead of agility.

ALSO, I have a Sceptile and a Torterra. Which should I have:
Sceptile
-Dragon Claw
-Night Slash
-Leaf Blade
-X-Scissor

Tprterra
-Curse
-Leaf Storm
-Leach Seed
-EQ

Thank GOD I came. That is THE WORST Torterra moveset. Here:

Torterra@Leftovers
Nature:Impish
Wood Hammer/Seed Bomb
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Synthesis/Leech Seed/Curse

NO LEAF STORM! Torterra has bad SP.ATK, and lowering it every time is a bad idea.
