Metegross moveset help

This is my metegross moveset:

Metegross@leftovers
Jolly
252 atk, 252 spd, 4 hp

MM
EQ
agility
explosion/zen headbutt

I don't know which to go with for the last move, or if I should have both and take a diffarent move out. Plz help.

Thunder punch or explosion for his last move. Dont use zen headbut lol. Over all nice list. Good job. ALso you MIGHT wanna change metagross to adamant for that extra attacking power

I recommend some more HP EVs. You are already pumping it full of Speed EVs and it is a Jolly Nature too. Not to mnetion you have Agility.

Zen Headbutt is good but I like Explosion better because there are some Pokemon such as Skarmory who laughs at MM and EQ.

Or you could keep the EVs the way it is (I still recommed investing in HP though) and just take out Agility and add Zen Headbutt or evne better ThunderPunch (if you have access to it). With Jolly Nature and max EVs in Speed it will outrun most Pokemon who doesnt have a speed boost.

But meh I also recommend the Adamant Nature for the extra power.

Well most people who do not have ThunderPunch go with Explosion. You can have a moveset like this:

-Explosion
-Earthquake
-Meteor MAsh
-Agility

A STAB Zen Headbutt is needed. Explosion doesn't work well on a Metagross, though.

You need Agility with this kind, but it's one of my favorites.

I don't know, I was never good with EVs.

My current Metagross has an EV spread of 252 Atk / 156 HP / 104 Spd with an Adamant Nature. With Agility you really do not need max EVs in speed. The extra HP boost allows my Metagross to live thorugh one Earthquake from a Garchomp.

Explosion does indeed work well on Metagross. It can take out a pesky wall like Skarmory or Claydol. With a max of 405 Attack nothing stands in the way. Not to mention Metagross has no means of recovery (of course there is Rest I suppose). So when ol'Gross is near his deathbed and you are quite sure he can outrun the opposing Pokemon go out with a bang. It really dents teams.
