Hi,
First i want to apologise if this is entirely in the wrong place. ive been using some of the tutorials i found on your community to help me with a rom hack and i found something. couldn't find reference to it anywhere else on the web so thought id post it here coz you guys seem like the people to tell......
anyway! you all remember the truck in the original games? well im hacking fire red at the moment. (just adding people in to ad a bit a spice to it) and i thought id try and make the truck move and id be able to put mew behind it, like the legend says. so i was looking for to see if the truck was a sprite that i could move and i realise that there was a sprite for a person hidden where the ss anne would be, so you'd never be able to see it...... it has no actual visible sprite so you wouldn't be able to see it but here's the fun bit. the number of the sprite (in advance maps ) is 151! and we all know what that is!
its programmed to look down have a movement of 11 and its person id is 87. could this be mew that was thrown out before the final completion of the game? is it simply an coincidence. or is it a Easter egg for hackers.... what you guys think?
