cant get mew from a friend in my firered since when im trying to get it it says it cannot be traded and i fixed the time machine, and to make sure it worked i traded with my sapphire dozens of times. also with deoxys, but i have never cheated in firered, altho my friend has, just wondering but do you know what happened?

The reason why is you don't have enough stars, beat the elite four, catch all the 150 poke'mon in your game, then you can get the other ones.
