Why do you guys think Mew is #151 and not #150. I mean, Mewtwo is the clone of Mew, thus it should come after the original.

Mew was the origanal secret pokemon. Not even Nintendo knew satoshi programmed it into the game. thus it is only fitting for it to come last.

Im sorry, but that's a lie. Programming is not done by a single person, each piece of coding will be given to another area of the design team to implement into the game. Plus he would not risk glitching the game for the sake of a single secret poke. Satoshi didnt even invent mew, ken did.

But yeah, mew was the first "event" poke so they put it after mewtwo. They didnt want to leave a suspicious gap in people's dex.

This isnt off bulbapedia, this is common knowledge found everywhere. Ken sugimuri designed and illustrated every pokemon of every game. Besides, how would satoshi hide a piece of coding from an entire games studio? They do check everything through and would question that odd bit of coding that nobody told them about.
