2nd Gen Mewtwo question

I have a lvl 100 mewtwo. He has 219 Attack, and 390 Sp. Attack. What would be a more powerful move when attacking for example a ghost creature: Shadow Punch(would do double damage and is a Attack stat; or Psychic(would get a bonus because Mewtwo is a psychic, and is a Special Attack, and would do normal damage)?

Not Exactly sure of what you're asking, but Ghost Types are pretty weak to Psychic moves; matter fact, I think psychic moves are "super effective" against them..... Mewtwo (as you've said) is a Psychic type, and is able to learn the move "Psychic".... You could compare the Defense & Special Defense Stats of (whatever) ghost pokemon, if that would help any...

So I'd say that Psychic would cause more damage than Shadow Punch would

Neither. If I were you, I'd choose Shadow Ball if you want to knock out a Ghost type pokemon with one hit.

ShadowBall is much weaker in base damage,but you got the 2X on the ghost cause weakness,and attack stregnth is good.

Psychic base Damage is 95 so it would not be doubled,will get boost from SP Atk.

But SB's base damage is not all that bad,so double it,not sure what BD is at moment XD,but SB would be better.
