Midnight Winged Dream Team, Version 1.1

So, Im really trying to get a team that works for me, and right now I have a team I like, but has some issues, so it would be nice to get some help.

Tyranitar (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP/68 Spd/188 SAtk
Quiet nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Punch
- Ice Beam
- Substitute

Tyraniboah lead, very dangerous, fears no special lead, and only has real trouble with opposing Tyranitar leads and occasionally Gyarados

Heracross (♂) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Sleep Talk

ScarfCross, we all know how good this guy is, and makes up a lot for my teams lack of speed.

Well just to clarify beforehand, Blstoise STAYS, he;s a favorite and I love him, so even though he's always been trying to get removed from EVERY team I've posted him in, he stays.

So any suggestions???

Get rid of Blastoise.

Before ims comes to chop my head off in his plan for world domination the get rid of blastoise thing was a joke ;)

Honestly you're going to need Resttalk Regice or it'll become a dead weight really fast.

You have no idea how much Regice needs a wishpasser though.

Gengar is my only real concern here, as Focus blast could wear on Regice and Regice has no reliable recovery method unless you ditch Psych Up for Sleep Talk.

Regice is really a lot better with Psych Up/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Toxic with wish support though.

I'd consider throwing in thunder Wave since this team would benefit from para support since it isn't very fast.

Exactly why ScarfCross is there, he makes up for lack of speed. And he works fine. And I was just chucking Regice in because I couldn't think of anything truthfully. Im tired of Articuno and Blissey. Any other suggestions?

New idea, Vaporeon instead of Regice and Blastoise, even though I love him, becomes Celebi.

EVEN MORE EVIL PLOTTING! Ok Celebi can be my lead, and a Trick Room user, and activating that gives me a speed boost and lets ScarfCross be CBCross.

CBcross sin't fast but it certainly isn't slow either and letting walls like skarmory who CBcross normally breaks outpseed it is a bad idea.

Seriously considering Rest with no Cleric support is a lost cause on Regice anyways you might as well give it thunder Wave for Para support.

You don't even need para support for slow teams. It's very easy to work around that.

If you use Vaporeon you should REALLY keep reice because they work well together and Vappy can pass wish and substitutes to Regice.

the last thing this team needs is a trick roomer.

Hmm, ok well right now Heracross has been annoying me, but my team needs SOMETHING fast, so revisions are Blastoise becomes Vaporeon, Regice gets Thunder Wave, Boltbeam, Psych Up, and Im thinking... since Heracross has been driving the bejeebers out of me, and Gengar is a problem... maybe Weavile?

If you have Para support there is officially no good reason to keep Choice Scarf on Hera.

E9ther way I like the prospects of Weavile, but Gengar isn't really a problem for Regice, it's just nothing can back it up that well.

BTW Toxic is THE reason I don't use Resttalk Regice...not Psych Up, toxic.

Toxic is an auto-win. Toxic defines gg

Considering this team is stallable by lots of crap I'd go Toxic and put Flamethrower over Ice Beam on Boah (to kill what toxic doesn't hurt - Steels)

Hoenstly the lack of resistances on the special side is what hurts.

Well Heracross is getting switched in for Weavile, Im iffy on what set though. And Im thinking I need to bring Blissey in again. And nwhat exactly stalls the team, so I can come up with something?

Steels. Skarmory stalls the heck out of you and thunderbolts from Porygon-Z are easily predicted. Skarm can lay down spikes and really isn't threatened by anything. steels in general can wall Tyraniboah and can wear out your Choice Item attackers. Steels also resist most of Porygon-Z's repertoire of moves.

Light Screen Forretress is just the end of this team. It sets up Spikes and and toxispieks all day and you can't do anything about it. It will be obvious Hera is going to Close Combat forretress and The ghost or Cress will come in.

Basically what Boah doesn't cover will stall you to death, and that's mostly Skarm/Bronzong/Forretress. that old stall team of mine had the same problem and you just can't get past it. it's terrible.

That's why I say Toxic on Regice to kill Bulky Grounds fast (though Ice Beam can do this faster Toxic will hit even predicted switch-ins and crap) while Flamethrower on Boah would kill those Steels.

So yeah. Hey, I'm only good at finding weaknesses, not solving them :P

Hmm, well I've been dying to try out HP Fire on Porygon-Z anyways, I could huck that on, and Flamethrower sounds good, and steels... how the HELL did I not notice that... well ones that don't fall easily to CC from Heracross. So Im thinking of replacing Regice with ToxicBliss (still toxic, and still annoying, plus clerical). And for sets..
