"migrate" from 4th to 5th gen?

Just curious. Will I be able to get pokemon from d/p/pt/hg/ss into b/w or any soon to come 5th gen games? (most hopefully hoenn remakes =P)

Because From my verry first team in emerald I bred them a new generation and I migrated it to diamond. and I hope I will be able to do the same for the DS generations to come.

On B/W, there's a "Transfer Machine" and "Pokeshifter" that let you bring your Pokemon from the fourth gen to the fifth one; I don't have the game, I've only read this on serebii.
