If The Anime want Ash to have a official female rival that always argue and compete with Ash like Angie or Morrison then ORAS Lass is perfect.
I mean , Look at her Design ! She's like a perfect character for a Kids Anime Rival.
Twin-tail are always better.

I want her as Clemont rival and future wife .
Since Clemont believe in science , It put him odd with this girl because she believes in Super-natural.
Everytime they meet , They argue about their belief and tries to prove each other wrong.
She has a habit of scaring people with her ghostly appearance.
Imagine , Ash & Co walking though a dark forest and suddenly someone grad Serena's leg . Serena look behind and see a ghost grabbing her foot cause Serena to scream.
Later it turn out to be Hex Maniac who just collapses from Hunger.
