3rd Gen Mirage Island

    Ok right now i'm sort of freaking because I thought I did everything in emerald but then when quickly preparing to migrate some pokemon to platinum I reliazed "crap! I haven't gotten to Mirage Island!". So if any one, out of the kindness of their heart, wishes to tell me how to get to this island it would be greatly appreaciated.:):pink_boogie:
     
    There's really no process to get to Mirage Island. You see, each day Mirage Island gets assigned a random number. If one of your party Pokemon's numbers match the Mirage Number's exactly, then Mirage Island will appear. You'll have to check with the old man in Pacifidlog each day to see if Mirage Island is there. It's very rare.

    I think what it meant was that everyday there's a certain different pokemon that can "coax it into view." Everyday it assigns a different pokemon number or something and if it's in your party when you talk to the man, you can see it. I think there's only wynauts and berries on the island though, so there's not much to do. :/
     
    Ahem! Wynuats up to level 50 and a berry you cannot find anywhere else! What a great place for postcards!
    It was my dream to go there. Tried every day, as with the lotto. I have two Exp Shares because of that, but its much harder than the lotto as it doesn't check every Pokémon you have and it annoying to constantly switch parties to check. And he doesn't even say the number!
    If I wanted to go there now, I'd try in a Rom hack or something along those lines. Mmmm. Times have changed.
     
    i have a great disliking to mirage island. i could get into detail how much i hate that damn island but dont feel like getting banned or kicked for a little bit. as hard as i tried i could never get to that damn island. i even used a gameshark to see if i could get to it, to my displeasement gameshark didnt work either.
     
    A random number is generated between 0 and 65535. If the number generated matches the ID number of your Pokémon, then you'd be able to see Mirage Island. Surf eastward and you'll find it. However, you have to be careful which route you take.

    Same for me. I've played R/S/E numerous times and still haven't been to mirage island.
     
    I have played R/S/E many times but never got on that freaky mirage island!
     
    Stupid Mirage island, it literally took me 8 months just to go over there for what, Wynauts in the levels between 5-50! and one stupid berry that grows very very slowly!. I was lucky to find and catch Latias on mirage Island since she was always over that area to begin with
