Misprint japanese hoothoot card

Hi i found a misprinted card, check out the photos. The illustration of hoothoot is slightly off centered. At first i thought it may be fake. It is authentic. Apon further investigation the resistance and super effective types on the bottom left are simply incorrect. Its supposed to be electric and fighting. My card is printed fighting and psychic. Looked around cant find anything like it. Is there any value o this card? Thanks.
