Misprint Typhlosion 1st edition Neo Genesis??

    Hi,

    I have this Typhlosion 1st edition from the Neo Genesis series which has a red dot next to the Neo Genesis symbols. It's not paint or whatever and it is actually printed on the card.

    I have not seen any other similar cards with this red dot next to the symbols.

    Does anyone has any idea if it is a misprint or not?
