mixed team

im trying to create a team of level 50 pokemon mixed between emerald (this is gonna take me awhile) and fire red for out of game battles, i need tips on pokemon i can use so far i have one pokemon ready (i just hatched it) and i have a list of other pokemon i want to use, id like to hear opinions on who to use, and if anyone includes HP moves please explain them because this forum is the first i heard of such a thing....
The one pokemon i have chosen already:

Arcanine, Item: none yet...
-Flamethrower
-Extremespeed (another possibility please...)
-Crunch
-Flame Wheel (another possibility please...)

Other pokemon i want to try and fit (i dont want to have two pokemon of the same)(no legendaries either because too many people use them): Kingdra, Flygon, Tyrranitar, Metagross, Gardevoir, Walrein, Primeape, Kangaskhan, Snorlax, Hitmontop, Crobat, Muk, Gengar, Marowak, Donphan, Aerodactyl, Scizor, Tropeus, Heracross, Politoed, Wailord, Slowking, Sceptile, Venusaur, Victreebell, Exeggutor, Raichu, Electrode, Lanturn, Electabuzz, Jolteon, Magneton, Minun, Wobbuffet, Xatu, Corsola, Glalie, Misdreavous, Umbreon, Mightyena, Dragonite, Nidoking, Ampharos, Foretress, Swampert, Gyarados, Kingler, Tentacruel, Kabutops, Piloswine, Jynx... believe it or not this list is done but i got these all out of my pokedex and i havent seen any dark pokemon so help with that would be appreciated

Well you need a copy of pokemon colisseum or a PAR or GS to get it but for a good dark you cant go past Timid Houndoom EVed in Sp Atk and Spd.

My preferred moveset

-Crunch
-Flamethrower
-Sunny Day
-Solarbeam (Did 52% to a Suicune once on NB with this when it switched in, he got it out of there fast XD)

HP means Hidden Power, like HP [Ice] is a Hidden Power attack, and is of the Ice type moves, if this doesn't explained, it is better explained in the ATG. :D

-Howl
-Extreme Speed
-Over Heat/Flamethrower
-[filler]

Base your move-set around that. Howl + Extreme Speed on Arcanine with full ATK EVs. Mmhmm. ;)

I think you mean 'Howl' and the filler should be HP: Rock
