Well I respect that but, I think its a waste of a good pokemon

Umbreon , Espeon (only if you also have GSC), Jolteon

I'm not much for Vaporeon or Flareon but, they have their uses too

Eevee needs evolving just breed it to get another one.

Chuck Ice Beam on Blastoise.

Drill Peck > Peck and Return > Pursuit on Fearow.

Venusaur only needs one kind of Stat effect, which Sleep Powder is fine for, get Leech Seed back from the move re-learner fella and give Venusaur Leech Seed/Sludge Bomb/Sleep Powder/Synthesis or Magical Leaf.

Sandslash could do with Earthquake and Rock Slide.
