(profiles in general need to have their vBulletin-style divs and tables removed and be switched to the bootstrap .block style, but mobile could do with some other tweaks)
On mobile, profile pictures should be replaced by avatars. Right now it sizes the profile picture like an avatar, but this isn't always a good look, as many people use profile pictures as transparent spacers, or use rectangular images, or higher resolution images that probably aren't ideal on mobile anyways. Avatars are nearly always squares, and are chosen with the knowledge that they'll have to look good at small sizes.
This ties into #2 - Mini Statistics is too far down to be really useful. Thankfully this is easy to fix - just add that data to the top of the "About Me" section on mobile. It's just four fields (three if you remove Blog Entries, who needs that shit), and the avatar isn't necessary since we already used it in place of where the profile picture is now. It all works out!
