How is this team for OU? I know there's only one special sweeper, but Porygon-Z is the only normal type with both good speed and good sp atk, and I hate to be outsped. I might replace one poke with Clefable or Blissey though.

    2 things. 1 no blissey/chansey? 2. Tauros shouldn't have flame orb.

I'm pretty sure that burn decreases attack, so I'd say you should go for toxic orb. And just to make sure, I'll google that.
"Burn (Japanese: やけど Burn) is one of the five major status ailments in the Pokémon games. Generally, if a Pokémon is burned, it will lose a set amount of HP every turn, and its Attack will be halved"
There you go, so I'd go for toxic orb.
