Anyone know just how much HP is recovered from Moonlight in FR/LG under different weather? Also which weather is the best and worst for it and how do you tell what weather you're being effected by.

For FRLG since it doesn't have the clock, it will always heal half at normal weather. Sunny day boosts healing effect by twice the amount (so full health), while Rain Dance will halve the healing amount, meaning 1/4.

In reality, no Pokemon will ever use these healing moves along with weather (INCLUDING the ever so popular Espeon with HP Fire/Morning Sun/Sunny Day/Psychic). If you got weather, there are better things to abuse than to stall. And if you got healing, you really don't need to boost the attack power of fire/water/thunder/solarbeam so the opponent can kill you even faster... so rarely will these healing moves be stuck on something that also tries to abuse the weather.
