3rd Gen Moveset and Team building help?<Ruby>

Just asking for some advice.
My current team, at Fortree City, 5 badges, is

Blaziken/40
Double Kick
Blaze Kick
Bulk Up
Ember

Mawile/30
Bite
Astonish
Faint Attack
Vice Grip

Swablu/17
Peck
Growl
Fly
Sing

I use other Pokemon for HM slaves, and I hope to be able to get a Milotic in my team eventually, filling another slot.

Any suggestions?
