    Hey all,

I've been playing the re released Pokemon Red on 3DS virtual console. I have my team almost picked out but having some issues picking out some move sets. This is in-game and to battle my friends who are also playing. Haven't decided on a 6th but was thinking a normal type, maybe Tauros?

    Charizard
    - Flamethrower/ Fire Blast?
    - Slash?
    - Earthquake?
    - Fire Spin?

Golem (this ones pretty much set, standard Golem)
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Body Slam
    - Explosion

    Gengar
    - Thunderbolt
    - Mega Drain (only grass move I'll have)
    - Hypnosis? Confuse Ray? Explosion?
    - Psychic? Dream Eater?

Slowbro (this one seems set as well)
    - Amnesia
    - Psychic
    - Surf
    - Blizzard/Ice Beam?

    Dragonite
    - Agility/Thunder Wave?
    - Hyper Beam
    - Ice Beam/Blizzard? (whatever Slowbro doesn't learn)
    - Surf/Fire Blast? (If i don't teach it to Charizard)

    6th Pokemon recommendations?

    Thank you!

    6th Pokemon recommendations?

    Nidoking or Clefable

    Moves on Nido;
    Earthquake
    Rest
    Blizzard/Thunder
    Toxic

    Clef;
    Sing
    Psychic
    Solar Beam
    Thunder/Blizzard

Gengar should deffo have dream eater (Which would go with hypnosis) instead of mega drain. Also with Clef knowing sing they work well together with Dream Eater.

I would potentially sub Golem for one of the others recommended here.

Finally I would pick thunder wave, if your Dragonite is heading up the battle, it lowers speed and has a 25% chance for paralysis.
