Well, I like the subrevver set:

Blaziken@Liechi Berry/Salac Berry
EVs:252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Nature:Jolly/Lonely (If using Overheat.)
Substitute
Reversal
Earthquake
Rock Slide/Focus Punch/Overheat

But the standard flygon is
Flygon[jolly]@choice band
EVs - Sp,Att,hp
rockslide
quickattack
earthquake
HP flying/return

I myself like

Flygon[+Sp,-Def]
EVs - hp,Att,SpAtt,Sp
fireblast
substitute
rockslide
earthquake..

but it doesn't pack as much of a punch as the first one does.

Dies to EQ, but that = 2 sword dance, EQ, awsome power.
