Now, I never agreed with that moveset... it's silly to not have a STAB. So this is what I would do:
Mewtwo @ Leftovers (never use those 10% boosters)
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind/Recover
- Ice Beam/Shadow Ball/Energy Ball/Focus Blast
Mewtwo has the highest Special Attack in existence, so it's not like his moves will make too much of a difference... but Psyhic for obvious STAB, Thunderbolt is one of the better Special Sweeper moves, Calm Mind if you want to sweep easier, Recover if you want to last longer. The last is open... Ice Beam goes with Thunderbolt to hit nearly every kind of Pokemon, while Shadow Ball can deal with other Psychics. Energy Ball is more of a novelty, and Focus Blast in an attempt to take on Blissey and Dark types.
