Movesets for Team

I'ev put together 10 pokemon that I'm going to pick a team from, but I'm a n00b when it comes to netbattle movesets. Here's the pokemon. Is solarbeam any good in nb? and what should learn EQ? Also what are this team's worst matchups. looks to me like a Umbreon, Machamp, Regice, Gardevoir, Slaking team could take it out. I basically need a team of 6 and a moveset for each. King is preferred over Star and Reg.
