Here is my team(with a record of three hundred to twenty).
    Charizard
    EV Speed 299 , Spec 304
    F/Thrower
    Fly
    EQ
    Hyper Beam

    Mewtwo
EV Speed 300, Spec almost 400
    Psychic
    T/Bolt
    Recover
    Hyper Beam

    Zapdos
    T/Bolt
    Drill Peck
    Reflect
    Hyper Beam

    Venusaur
    Razor Leaf
    Leech Seed
    Toxic
    Hyper Beam

    Blastoise
    Surf
    I/Beam
    Submission
    Hyper Beam

    Snorlax
    Body Slam

Charizard and Mewtwo can clear out even good teams of six by themselves. Zapdos and Blastoise are needed to clear really good teams. If I could transfer them to FireRed...

I dont really know if this thread shoould be here but if you want rating on your team please ask a mod to move this to the stratigies forum ~REPORTS~ and I think your team is really good~

Help in Bold. I hope it'll help. Btw, don't teach Hyper Beam to every pokemon. It has a low accuracy and it is not good even in-game. It is useful only for Snorlax or Blissey. Keep this in mind if you want a very good team with only a few weaknesses. It was good though the way it was ;) .

Ouch! With those recommended move sets, that team looks deadly :O

    Charizard@salac/leichi/peteya berry
    EV Speed 299 , Spec 304
    F/Thrower/Overheat
    Hidden Power Flying
    EQ
    Steel Wing

is your charizard more of a special zard or physical zard? if physical zard, definitely overheat over flamethrower. if it's a special zard then you might consider replacing those physical attacks altogether because it's not sweeping anything with that set.

    Mewtwo@lum
EV Speed 300, Spec almost 400
    Psychic
    T/Bolt
    Recover
    calm mind

i don't use ubers, but if you're gonna use one might as well go all out. calm mind up, recover, then sweep.

    Zapdos@scope lens?
    T/Bolt
    Drill Peck
    Reflect/thunderwave
    hidden power grass/ice

twave is a good option against tanks. annoys the heck outta opponents. what's with the hyper beam obsession? might as well use explosion somewhere.

    Venusaur@lefties
    Razor Leaf giga drain/magical leaf
    Leech Seed
    sleep powder
    sludge bomb

no more hyperbeam! sludge bomb for stab, but since this is a special saur you might want to consider hp fire. giga drain and magical leaf are better alternatives over razor leaf. if you want the physical set(wouldn't hurt as most of your pokes are special sweeperts) use earthquake over razor leaf and keep sludge bomb.

    Blastoise@lefties
    Surf
    rapid spin
    focus punch
    yawn
yawn and focus punch. surf for stab. rapid spin to get rid of annoying spikes and leech seed

    Snorlax@chesto
    bodyslam/return
    earthquake
    shadowball
    Rest
body slam may be kept over return for status effects, earthquake may be useful against grounds, and shadowball for ghosts. forget surf cuz snorlax has crappy sp.att so he won't be doing any damage with surf. rest to recover hp and status and chesto berry wakes it up right away.

Charizard and Mewtwo can clear out even good teams of six by themselves. Zapdos and Blastoise are needed to clear really good teams. If I could transfer them to FireRed...

this isn't netbattle is it? cuz this team wouldn't be clearing out teams on netbattle. with hyperbeams on all the pokes your opponent get a free hit/set up calm mind or sword dance.

obviously in-game as it would fail on netbattle

well, if it's in game then i wonder why he'd settle for hyperbeam when he could just as well use frenzy plant, hydro cannon, blast burn... i mean those are much stronger than hyperbeam and they also get stab to boot :/ even though i'm not a fan of any of those moves.
