Because budget decks are tech. I wasted a whole dollar on Volcanic fallout during testing, too. :(
4 Rampant Growth
2 Harrow
2 Exploding Borders
4 Ponder
4 Divination
4 Angelsong
4 Intimidation Bolt
4 Captured Sunlight
4 Naya Charm
4 Pyromancer Ascension
7 Forest
5 Island
6 Mountain
4 Plains
4 Jungle Shrine
Lucky charms builds are built upon the interaction between ascension and naya charm, and to a lesser extent cascade. The originator of the deck in its "non budget" form goes by the name of Kenny_C.002, who apparently really isn't all that important in the history of this deck archetype, since it's crappy anyways. Johnniness ensues.
Yup, a creatureless combo deck. The basic idea is simple: Dig for an ascension, get it active, then use naya charm recursion to win the game. At the moment, it's by playing recurring exploding borders. I'd play harrows over it, but I'd need a different win condition under that circumstance. That is possible, but it doesn't seem to be that much of an issue so far.
Angelsong is the only card I don't want to cascade to, but there's no harm done if I do. Even intimidation bolt can hit a creature.
Yes, it auto-loses to a bunch of stuff. That's not the point. XD
