Mudkip's Mud Shot?

    I just started playing Pokémon Emerald, and right now my Mudkip's level is 15.
    When it levels to 16, it will evolve into Marshtomp and have the option to learn Mud Shot.
    Right now he has these moves;
    - tackle
    - mud-slap
    - bide
    - water gun

    Should I use it or just disable it? This is the first time I'm playing Emerald (I'm used to Red/Silver etc..) , so I don't know all the new moves yet.. advice is appreciated.
