    I assume you don't EV train, or care about IVs, but I'll try to help you out with your movesets.

    Darkrai @Life Orb
    -Dark Void
    -Dark Pulse
    -Focus Blast
    -Nasty Plot

    Put to sleep with Dark Void, Nasty Plot to raise your SpAtk, then Focus Blast or Dark Pulse to attack. Fairly straightforward

    Giratina @Griseous Orb
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Energy Ball
    -Aura Sphere

    Outrage or Dragon Claw for STAB. Shadow Sneak for Priority. Energy Ball takes care of Water Types that run Ice Beam. Aura Sphere gives perfect coverage with Shadow Sneak

    Raikou @Life Orb/Wise Glasses
    -Calm Mind
    -Thunderbolt
    -Aura Sphere/Thunder Wave
    -Shadow Ball

    Pretty basic here. Calm Mind raises your SpAtk. Aura Sphere and Shadow Ball provide for perfect coverage, and Thunderbolt for STAB. Keep in mind that normally Raikou doesn't get Aura Sphere; only the recently given out Shiny Raikou does. If you don't have the Shiny Raikou with Aura Sphere, then Thunder Wave works to slow down the opponent.

    For the Life Orb pokes, you could try the Choice Specs or the Choice Scarf, as they raise your SpAtk and Speed respectively. But if you don't like being locked into a single move, then my given items are fine.

    Alternatively, you could replace Raikou, as it's SpAtk movepool isn't all that great. If you want to keep it, then
