Hello, i'm starting out romhacking and im using the liberate emerald base. (https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=451990)
my issue is that the new attack i wanna introduce ( a special grass seed ) does no damage and displays, when it hits (it only hits when the opponents was damaged) [opponent] was healed, even tho it doesnt heal anything. I tried using both gen 3 tools and PGE btw. here is the attacks hex code : 1D 19 0C 5A 10 00 08 00 1E 00 01 00
