I'm starting to get the hang a little of 1 v 1, so I thought I'd try out a 2 v 2 team to see how (badly) I'd do. First off, the 2 starters:

    Crobat @ Leftovers
Nature: + Speed, - Sp Att
    EV: Speed, Attack
    Aerial Ace
    Torment
    Sludge Bomb
    Toxic

    Swellow @ Choice Band
    Nature: +Speed, - Sp Att
    EV: Speed, Attack
    Endeavour
    Facade
    Quick Attack
    Pursuit

If no physical tank is out, have Crobat poison Swellow and then Swellow uses Facade. This combination makes Swellow a fast and dangerous physical sweeper, as long as he can survive for more than one round.

    Claydol @ Leftovers
    Nature: + Attack, - Speed
    EV: Attack, Def, Sp Att
    Ancientpower
    Earthquake
    Psychic
    Cosmic Power

Not quite sure what to do with Claydol, I'm inexperienced with them.

    Stantler @ Liechi Berry
    Nature: +Attack, - Sp Att
    EV: Attack, Speed
    Earthquake
    Light Screen
    Protect
    Swagger

Protect to help survive against Claydol's Earthquakes. Still, he's pretty lame overall. Wanted something a bit UU with Intimidate.

    Male Gengar @ Leftovers
    Nature: + Speed, - Attack
    EV: Speed, Sp Att
    Attract
    Confuse Ray
    Destiny Bond
    Psychic

Sacrificial ghost with the Bond. Otherwise, an annoyer.

    Walrein @ Leftovers
Nature: - Attack, + Sp Def
    EV: Sp Attack, Sp Defence
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Toxic
    Yawn

Somewhere between a tank and special sweeper.

    a) nothing survives more than 1 round in 2vs2 chaos, as even tanks can only survive 2 rounds

    b) take off torment on Crobat for shadowball or protect

    c) for Swellow, take off Endeavor for aerial ace, and pursuit for HP physical

    d) Mew forbids you to use Claydol to attack...

    Claydol- [def or sp.def + / atk -] @ leftovers
    EV: HP max, def, sp.def
    -reflect
    -light screen
    -toxic
    -protect

    e) as for Stantler...

    Stantler- [atk + / sp.atk -] @ leftovers
EV: atk and some other stuff
    -earthquake
    -return
    -shadowball
    -hypnosis

    f) Gengar without attack...?

    Gengar- [speed + / atk -] @ lum berry
    EV: speed and sp.atk
    -thunderbolt
    -giga drain
    -psychic
    -destiny bond

    Walrein- [sp.atk + / speed -] @ leftovers
    EV: hp, atk, sp.atk
    -surf
    -ice beam
    -earthquake
    -protect/chesto rest

the sweep all, hit all fashion of 2vs2...

and a team in 2vs2 without double weather abuse or explosion/ghost is kind of weird...

LOL I'm Toothache, not chaos :-p

But yeah, this is all doable. I'm new to 2 v 2 so I don't know the common tactics (like Explosion + Ghost/Protect abuse), and the whole 'target one thing per round'

he was referring to 2vs2 being chaotic not u as choas ^_^

all i can say about 2vs2 is this[and it is being made up on spot XD]
    Gengar[timid]
    EVs - Sp,SpAtt
    thunderbolt
    psyhic/sub
    giga drain/focus punch
    destiny bond

and another pokemon with explosion [i would not recommend weezing with gengar as that would make u really weak to psychic]
however i will have to say a well timed protect/steel type will mess u up ^_^

metagross + gengar = "oh dear"... metagross can explode and quake at the same time, both moves gengar are immune to. Gengar can also just will o wisp or hypnosis anything that can pose a threat to metagross. Gengar with thunderbolt is a must for 2vs2 as most of the time the opponent will lead off with one of the Pokemon being either levitating or flying type (and thunderbolt > flyers)

Xatu + Slaking is another famous combo. swap away slaking's truant for early bird to make him unstopable (and you can also earthquake without hurting your partner Xatu).
