    Meh, they're not bad, you just need to make their necks less wide, and the top-part of their bodies more properly shaped. Then after that, they're really good, especially the shading.
    Oh yeah, some things need improvement
    Daisy's face needs to be more sharp-shaped on the bottom
    Crystal's hair is a little too big and her face looks like it was stretched out
    Cissy's neck's too long and her face needs proper shaping
    Lily's face needs some proportion help, her neck is awkwardly attached to her body and her eye is too far to the left.
    See, now your drawings wont be bad anymore ^_^
    And yes, the magicial girl's name is Lily and I think her Japanese name is too.
     
    Try working on the heads too. Some of them look a bit misformed in some way. O_o;;; Try making them more bigger by a small bit, and work on the head shaping and body structure, and your pictures will be better.
